Tiberman is a trading and distribution company moving real volume across multiple categories. By the time we met, the team had outgrown its tools. Sales lived in one spreadsheet, inventory in another, procurement in a third, and approvals were chased on WhatsApp. The cracks were not subtle.

Starting with the bottleneck, not the brand

We did not start with an ERP wishlist. We started with the single most expensive bottleneck in the business: order approvals. Multi-level sign-off was happening in WhatsApp, which meant lost messages, lost orders, and no audit trail. Module one was approvals.

Modules, in shipping order

  • Approvals and order management
  • Inventory and stock movement
  • Procurement and supplier records
  • Document management and role-based access

Operations lead, Tiberman

Where it sits today

Fully paperless. One system, role-based, used daily by office and warehouse. The team owns the workflows. We are on call when something new comes up, not when something breaks.
