The challenge

A premium wedding organizer juggling paper RSVPs, printed guest lists, and three planners cross-checking spreadsheets at every event. Errors at the door. Last-minute changes that never made it to the right person.

What we built

Reserva, a guest management and digital invitation platform. RSVPs flow in live. Planners share one dashboard. Seating, dietary, plus-ones, all in one place.

The outcome

A planner-grade tool replacing a stack of spreadsheets. Faster check-in, fewer errors at the door, calmer event days.

Event Story runs weddings that cannot afford door-side surprises. The check-in line is the first thing 200 guests experience. The team needed a tool that ran as cleanly as the events did.
