A digital behavioral evaluation platform with auto-scoring, norm-referenced reports, and admin tooling for the Oasis team.
The outcome
Assessments delivered in days, not weeks. A growing dataset Oasis can actually analyse.
Oasis is a talent assessment firm that needed its instruments to keep up with its consulting work. Paper was fine for one or two clients. Not for the pipeline they were building.
Behavioral assessment UI The platform takes the paper instruments online, auto-scores them, and produces a structured report. Norms accumulate as more participants run through it.
